Our Policies
We want every client experience with LM Books to feel clear, respectful, and supportive. Below you’ll find our policies on payments, scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and privacy.
Payments
Payments are made in advance through our secure Square or PayPal checkout. Once payment is received, we’ll confirm your booking by email or phone.
Scheduling
After payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a mutually convenient time for your session. Sessions can be in-person or online, depending on availability.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Refunds
Because time is reserved specifically for you, refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or special circumstances, at our discretion.
Privacy
Your personal information is always kept confidential. We will never share or sell your details to third parties. Session notes (if any) are securely stored and used only to support your work with us.
