LM Books began around 2010 when I was just starting to understand and create Amazon KDP books. My first actual effort never made it to Amazon until now. The book is a fictional adaptation based on journal entries the author's mother had written a few years before. The author's mother has since passed away and the author has now decided that maybe it is time to make this work available to the many women out there who are suffering abuse where there are "No Visible Scars." The book is Private Misery.

The LM Books Direction

We are a simple independent publishing company and are by no means professionals. My name is Doug and anything I do I have learnt from copying professional's works, google searches, and even ChatGPT (Chuck my AI partner) is my best friend.

The majority of the work I have completed is for my partner abd wife Helen Sladden and these are available on Amazon. However, I have completed a number of small projects for friends and and asociates who wanted something to share with family and friends. .
